Auswide’s General Manager is Alan Fleming, an experienced industry practitioner, previously a licensed Real Estate Agent (NSW) and an accredited and qualified industry trainer. He has been involved in the industry since 1980, having worked in residential sales, auctions, property management, commercial and industrial sales, leasing and property management, rural property and strata management.
Alan is also the author of the top selling REIA published book “Real Estate Office Manual” which sold 2,000 copies across Australia. Since the mid 1990′s, Alan has provided training and business consulting services to organisations such as REINSW, Raine & Horne, Laing + Simmons, Elders, First National, Ray White, Century 21, PRD Nationwide, L J Hooker, RT Edgar, Jim’s Real Estate, Ausin Group., Provincial Property Advocacy and Ace Body Corporate Management, as well as numerous independent offices. He has also written over 250 training programs, including many specifically for real estate licensing for REINSW, UTS and the Canberra Institute of Technology.
Alan’s broad experience, and involvement in regular business development meetings and training sessions with agents, has equipped him with a wealth of information and great ideas that he can pass on to his clients, helping them to become more successful. This is done mainly through the great suite of Policy and Procedures Manuals he has developed and written with other industry experts. The original Manual – Residential Sales & Property Management was an upgrade of his book and from 2010 Auswide has offered the Residential Property Management, Commercial Sales, Leasing & Property Management , Strata Management and Rural Property Procedure Manuals.
